TWIL has developed its new 25,000 sq. ft. facility for contact centre, located in the most prestigious and well known PMT Machine Tools premises in PIMPRI, India. This facility will have 150 physical seats / shift. The facility is designed for integrated Internet and voice-based support as per best international standards. With 24x7 capacity is a onestop solution for multi-channel integrated services.

This infrastructure has been designed to deliver maximum uptime with a focus on creating a suitable work environment for call center & BPO service delivery.

TRANSWORLD INFOTECH Contact Center is a state of the art infrastructure, centralized air-conditioning system and special light management system. The Contact center is be equipped with hi-tech fire, surveillance and disaster alarm systems.
